We are an Internet Service Provider only. Our scope is limited to providing the internet connection up to the designated point of installation.
No internal concealed wiring or civil work is undertaken by Connect One Networks. All internal wiring within your premises is outside our scope.
No electrician or society cabling responsibility. Any electrical work or cabling within your housing society is not our responsibility.
No guarantee of Wi-Fi coverage across walls/floors. Wi-Fi signal strength can vary depending on construction material, distance, and interference. We provide a wired connection; Wi-Fi coverage depends on your router and environment.
Extra internal work to be arranged & paid by customer directly. If you require additional cabling, router setup beyond basic configuration, or any civil work, it must be arranged and paid for separately by you.
